The reason why I am giving this review a two-star is because of this bundle they were selling it was a really good deal. However, without the discount, their items are quite pricy and in the end I was unable to successfully purchase and I'm quite frustrated with that. I tried buying this skincare set from one of my favorite YouTubers but wishtrend's website is not great and there were many problems during the purchasing process.

One annoying thing I wanted to note here is that I was literally logged into my account but went to click on my past orders, I was brought to another page where I needed to log in again, so I "did". What I mean by that is they said something like "there is no account associated with this email" WHAT!? I tried resetting my password and waited for the email to come into my inbox. I got NOTHING which made NO SENSE because I got an email saying my order succeeded the night before.

I know this is a little confusing review but long story short, I've decided I won't be trying to purchase from this site again and I hope I'll get my 100% refund back.

Ps I'm now seeing so many people talk about the bad customer service wishtrend has so yeah no thanks bye

Some people already said but beware of the custom fees when ordering from Wishtrend. I live in the EU but unfortunately I was required to pay for custom fees. This is the first time it happens to me since I ordered a lot from them before. I think this will be the last time I do because for the price it is not worth it.

Not worth it, buy directly from Korean skincare online store, cheaper shipping so if you got hit with the custom fees will not cost that much. Wishtrend uses DHL, charged a higher shipping fees and then DHL will charge you another fees for them to clear custom for your package. Unless you are in the US, otherwise don't buy from them. Buyer beware!

Wishtrend accidentally sent me someone else's order! I emailed them about this and got a quick reply back with an apology and then my correct order. This was a couple of years ago though, so customer experience may be better or worse now.

Very good company, I like their website design and layout! Good amount of information available and good decent products. Did pay an unecessary amount of VAT which I have not encountered with other companies before, not sure why but I do not believe it's by Wishtrend's own choice.
Would love to hear some more info about this!

Good products only downside is that you pay like a ridiculous amount of vat and import tax which is not worth it in my opinion so watch out everyone

Knock on wood, but so far, any items I’ve ordered from Wishtrend haven’t given me any issues. I do have a package on the way to me as I write this review so it may change. Lucky me I have a good turnaround when I’ve ordered and I get it pretty quickly. I’ve also always liked how they’ll throw in little trial sizes of their products for me to try out. Kind of worried reading other people’s reviews about the changes to customs’ policies so I may have to put international orders on hold until further notice ????

Wishtrend is amazing, they sell my favorite products often at a discount bundle.
The only downside is the customs. I've ordered 3 times and everytime I get customs fees, which are no joke. 1/3rd of the order amount.
So for orders around $150 prepare to smack down another $50 on average (netherlands)
My latest order was $249, customs were $74.
So I'd advise to only order if they sell products at a 40% discount at least, which happens often so it's all good.
But really, the customs are unfortunate.

I went to the Wishtrend website and my anti-virus software popped up warning me that they just blocked a credit card stealing malware that tried to load itself onto my computer. Apparently Wishtrend doesn't know about the malware infecting their site, otherwise they'd shut that s**t down. BEWARE!

I only purchased through the wishtrend website because the influencer I trust uses this website along with other sites ofcourse... I just received the items that I ordered and the dispenser is not dispensing. I emailed the wishtrend site right away but they kept asking for proof that the dispenser was faulty through picture then they had the nerve to ask for a video of me trying to fix it/get it to work????????‍♀️ I did everything they asked of me and I still haven't been offered a replacement. I have been purchasing way too much online during the pandemic....I have not experienced such bad customer service from anyone else luckily. Wishtrend just lost a customer. I only wrote a review because I want to warn other shoppers. There are many other great sites with great if not better customer service out there. Wishtrend is not one!
Edit: They responded and took care of the issue so for that I am thankful for. Although I do feel like they were going a bit far by requesting a video clip, in the end they offered me a reshipment or refund.

I 25% extra for my order to the EU because they changed policies. I ordered from them in the past and never had any problems but now they changed policies, I guess. It’s ridiculous because they only offer shipping when you buy for 150$ right now, due to covid. Won’t order again.

I got an email from DHL delivery company, which states that I need to pay $45.32 on a $200 order for customs clearance. I have ordered from Wishtrend multiple times before and I was never ever charged for custom clearance fees.
They have changed their international shipping policy recently, and all the orders' duty fees will be paid by customers.
Be aware that you will have to include an extra 25% in price when you order from Wishtrend as part of the customs clearance fee, which will be charged to you later.
